Portfolios - Pause-n-Fix

• If you are zoomed into a location and you use the Auto Fill functionality, the tool no longer zooms the map to the default zoom.
• When the 'Show MW' toggle is selected, it now stays selected when using the next site or previous site links.
• Added the following regulatory dates for editing: Buildout Deadline, Date Constructed, Date Expire, Date Granted, Date Cancelled.
• Added more data to the Map Info Click dialogue like we have in the Structure Search info click.
